LORD, DO IT FOR ME!

Let’s tell the truth: the world feels like it’s unraveling and many of us feel as if we are falling without a parachute. Sickness is rising. Political unrest is shaking foundations. Violence, division, and despair seem to echo louder each day. It’s like a stack of dominos, one crisis falls, and another follows. And sometimes, if we’re honest, it makes you want to scream. But before you give up or give in, stop right where you are and declare with conviction: “LORD, I NEED YOUR HELP!”

The Apostle Paul captured this moment perfectly when he wrote, “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed” (2 Corinthians 4:8–9). This is not poetic exaggeration, it’s prophetic truth. We are living in the tension of trouble and triumph. But the promise remains: we are not destroyed.

Jesus Himself gave us a divine guarantee when He said, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you” (Matthew 7:7). As long as you are in the will of God, you can ask what you will, and it shall be done. So ask boldly. Ask faithfully. Ask with the confidence of a child who knows their Father hears.

Just as angels came to minister unto Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, so shall the Lord, with all the authority of Heaven, come to meet your needs. “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19). His riches in glory are not limited by earthly systems. They are His will, His power, His strength.

So today, in the midst of chaos, declare it with conviction: “LORD, I NEED YOUR HELP!” Let this be your anthem. Let this be your posture. Let this be your turning point. Because the God who parted seas, calmed storms, and raised the dead is the same God who hears your cry. “The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17). You are not forgotten. You are not forsaken. You are not destroyed. You are held. You are heard. You are helped.
