TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DIOCESE MEMBERSHIP,
May this message find each of you well. As we move swiftly toward the 86th Holy Gathering in Raleigh, North Carolina, this serves as a clear and timely reminder of our shared responsibility to handle the business of the Church with excellence, unity, and readiness.
It is customary throughout our organization to conduct essential Church business either before or during the Holy Gathering. As we did during the 85th Holy Gathering, we will once again meet in this same virtual forum to complete the matters that require our collective attention and leadership.
Please use the link included in this message to join the meeting. This gathering of leaders is mandatory, and notice has been consistently shared since Monday, January 5, 2026. Your presence ensures that we move forward in order, clarity, and strength as a Diocese.
As we prepare our hearts and our hands for this sacred time, thank you for your unwavering commitment to the work of the Church. Your leadership strengthens the Diocese, and your faithfulness ensures that we continue to move forward together in unity and purpose. I look forward to connecting with each of you as we complete the business before us and prepare for a powerful Holy Gathering.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40.
Bishop Charlene M. Jamison
