Please note that this is a four‑day, three‑night event, and a minimum three‑night stay is required for each room in order to secure these exclusive rates. Additionally, each person who secures the first night’s payment is obligated to pay the balance for the remaining two nights to meet the three‑night minimum requirement.

Please note that this deadline cannot be extended. Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to secure your deposit as soon as possible while availability remains! 2ND NIGHT ROOM INFORMATION

Instructions for those who secured their room through Standard pricing:
The Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort offers an Standard Pricing rate of $153.00 per night, exclusively for the Family & Friends Celebration Event. This special rate is only available through the event's contract and cannot be obtained by contacting the hotel directly or combined with any other promotions. Please note that all payments, including the mandatory minimum stay of three nights, are non-refundable once made, as they are part of the contractual agreement with the hotel. To adhere to this policy, a deposit for the first night has been extended to April 5, 2025, which confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms. The remaining balance for your room(s) will be due by July 1, 2025.
If you pay the first night of $153.00 by February 1, 2025, the 2nd and 3rd nights will remain at $153.00 per night.
The 1st nights room rate of $153.00 per night is due by April 5, 2025. No exceptions of any kind will be permitted. By securing your first night room deposit, your 2nd and 3rd nights room payment balance is due as follows:
