WELCOME TO BLACK HISTORY MONTH: WE CELEBRATE OUR DIOCESE SENIOR LEADERSHIP

As we celebrate the 1st day of Black History Month, we celebrate these dynamic leaders, women whom God has placed among us, who labor faithfully, guide prayerfully, and serve with unwavering devotion. Their spiritual guidance has shaped our journey, strengthened our faith, and helped us grow in wisdom, unity, and purpose. We honor their sacrifices, their integrity, and their steadfast commitment to the work of the Kingdom. Their leadership has been a steady light, reminding us that God still raises up shepherds who lead with compassion, courage, and clarity. “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding” (Jeremiah 3:15).

We appreciate our leaders more than words can fully express. They teach us by example, encourage us through every season, and stand as pillars of strength when challenges arise. Their prayers cover us, their counsel steadies us, and their vision inspires us to reach higher and believe bigger. We thank God for the countless hours they invest, the love they pour out, and the excellence they model in all things. “Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine” (1 Timothy 5:17).

Today, we lift them in prayer. May the Lord renew their strength, refresh their spirits, and surround them with protection. May wisdom flow to them, grace rest upon them, and favor go before them. We pray that God enlarges their territory, multiplies their impact, and rewards every seed they have sown in faith. May they continue to lead with joy, power, and the anointing that only God can give.

We celebrate them, we appreciate them, and we pray for them, today and always. We honor both of our diocese senior leadership team.
