INTRODUCTION
Bishop Charlene M. Jamison stands as a devoted laborer in the Kingdom, united with every minister who shares the sacred commitment to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ with excellence, integrity, and unwavering faith. Each minister carries a holy responsibility, to lead God’s people with clarity, compassion, and spiritual maturity. Such a calling demands continual growth, intentional reflection, and the ongoing development of both character and competence.
This upcoming workbook has been prayerfully crafted to support that journey. More than a manual, it is a comprehensive growth resource designed to strengthen the spiritual, emotional, and practical foundation of every leader. Within its pages, ministers will encounter biblical insight, guided reflections, leadership principles, and tools that nurture personal devotion while sharpening ministry effectiveness. Its structure invites leaders to examine their calling, refine their gifts, and cultivate the strength and compassion necessary to serve God’s people with excellence.
As Scripture reminds us, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15. This project embraces that charge by equipping leaders to grow in wisdom, reinforce unity within the Diocese, and walk confidently in their God‑given purpose. Through this resource, every servant‑leader is encouraged to deepen spiritual resilience, strengthen ministry practice, and serve with the unmistakable grace of Christ.
Stay tuned, more information is forthcoming regarding this project to aid the first Ministers’ Council meeting of 2026.
