THE EMPIRE OF LIES WON'T LAST

“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” Revelation 12:12.
This verse sets the tone: Satan’s fury is fierce, but his time is finite. His empire may roar, but it will not reign forever.
We are not ignorant of the enemy’s devices. He moves with the speed of a serpent, cloaked in deception, whispering poison into the ears of the vulnerable. His empire is built on lies, layered with frustration, bribery, confusion, and division. He scatters the flock of God with chaos in the church, unrest in the government, and instability in the economy. Every word he speaks is his truth, which is always a lie. He is cunning, calculated, and relentless. But hold on, there is more to this story.
John 10:10 declares, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I [Jesus] am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” That’s the good part. That’s the breakthrough. That’s the reason we rejoice. Because while the enemy builds his empire of destruction, God has already sent the answer, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.

The enemy’s kingdom may look vast, but it is temporary. His tactics may feel overwhelming, but they are not eternal. The Word of God says in John 3:8, “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” That means every lie, every trap, every stronghold, every scheme, will be dismantled by divine authority.
Yes, the devil is a cunning adversary, but God is still on the throne. He still holds the office of King. The government may be in unrest, but the King sent His Son. The economy may be confused, but the King sent His Son. And the Son didn’t come empty-handed, He came with power, with truth, and with victory.
1 John 5:4 reminds us, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” That means we are not victims, we are victors. We are not prey, we are protected. We are not scattered, we are secured.
So let this be your awakening: the empire of lies will not last. The enemy’s reign is crumbling. The truth is rising. And the feast is being prepared. Every attack, every deception, every agent of darkness will be, not might be, will be destroyed. Because the King has spoken. The Son has come. And the victory is ours.
A Spiritual Nugget: So no matter what the enemy tries, whether it’s deception, division, distraction, or destruction, remember this: God is still sovereign. The devil may have devices, but God has dominion. The enemy may roar, but our God reigns. And every tool formed against you must bow to the authority of the One who holds all power in His hand.
Isaiah 41:10 declares: “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
And if that weren’t enough, here’s another divine guarantee: Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”
That’s your heritage! That’s your covering! That’s your confidence!
So keep your trust anchored in the Almighty. When fear knocks, let faith answer. When the enemy plots, let prayer prevail. And when the battle rages, stand firm, because the victory belongs to the Lord. Now go and praise God, because, Galatians 3:29 says it best, "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." You are not alone. You are not defeated. You are upheld by the righteous right hand of God. And that hand never fails.
A Spiritual Nugget: So I implore you: pray and be filled with direction. Don’t be fooled, the enemy is trying to destroy the church, the family, the home, the joy of unity, and the voice of the voiceless. But you are not powerless. You are not without strategy. You are not without access to Heaven’s throne.
Refrain your voice from weeping, and lift it in prayer. Lift your voice in prayer! And again, lift your voice in prayer! Do what God is leading you to do. Be guided by His voice, not the voice of culture. Be led by His Spirit, not the spirit of fear. In life, there are many things we don’t understand, but we don’t have to understand everything to stand in faith.
Stand in prayer and know this: the empire of the enemy will crumble. Every lie will be exposed. Every trap will be dismantled. Every weapon will fail. And we will reap, if we faint not.
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10. “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper…” Isaiah 54:17. “Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9.
So lift your voice. Lift your faith. Lift your eyes. The King is still on the throne. And the victory is already written.
