MISSIONARY: 101

And He said to them, ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…’” — Matthew 28:19

When God calls a missionary, He never promises an easy road, He promises a guided one. The true missionary heart is not shaped by comfort, convenience, or certainty, but by obedience. To follow God’s will is to trust that wherever He sends us, across the ocean, across the street, or across the room, He has already prepared the soil for the seed we carry.

God does not ask us to be perfect; He asks us to be willing. A willing vessel will always find a way to obey. A surrendered heart will always find a path to follow His voice. When the Spirit whispers “Go,” the missionary responds, “Yes, Lord,” even before knowing the destination. Because the call is not about the place. it’s about the purpose.

As disciples of Christ, we are carriers of His light in a world desperate for hope. We go because He leads. We speak because He empowers. We serve because He first loved us. And as long as we stay aligned with His will, He will open doors, soften hearts, and make disciples through our obedience.

Today, renew your commitment to follow wherever He leads. Step forward with courage. Walk with expectation. And trust that the One who sends you also goes before you.
