A few words from over 60 years of ministry to every person in ministerial leadership (and those to be called), by the Spirit of God.

Ministry is not about the color you wear, your placement, or even your pedigree. It is about your service to the Almighty God and His people. Keep your eyes focused on the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart according to His will.

And remember this: true ministry is measured in compassion, integrity, and obedience. It is seen in how you love, how you serve, how you forgive, and how you show up when no one is watching. Titles may impress people, but character moves heaven. Outward appearance may catch the eye, but a surrendered heart catches God’s attention.

Ministry is not a stage; it is a lifestyle. It is not a performance, it is a calling. It is not about being seen, it is about being faithful. When you serve with purity, humility, and consistency, God Himself will open the right doors, elevate you in the right season, and position you where your purpose can flourish.

Stay grounded. Stay teachable. Stay prayerful.

Serve well, love deeply, and walk worthy of the assignment God has placed on your life.

He will honor what you do in secret.

He will reward what you do with sincerity.

He will fulfill what He has spoken over you, in His timing and for His glory.
