You can "AD" to the celebration and be a part of the 2024 commemorative Family & Friends Celebration Booklet. Maybe you want to give a shout-out to a family member or friend, share information about your goods and services... or maybe you want to place an ad in memory of a loved one. We've got space for you.
All camera-ready ads must be submitted, via email at: info@hogckd.org, on or before Thursday, August 21, 2024, by 2:00 PM ET. The term "camera-ready" means that the ad should come ready to print.

Calling all vendors. Opportunities are available for you to showcase your products (t-shirts, hats, jewelry, paintings, shoes, etc.) and services for our attendees.
LIMITED SPACE! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
+ When will the vendors application become available?
Registration for the 2024 Family & Friends Celebration Vendors Row will go live on July 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST. Click Here to access the application on the date and time listed herein.
+ Where will the Vendors Row be located?
The 2024 Family & Friends Celebration Vendors Row will be located at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort Grand Ballroom Foyer.
+ How long will registration be open?
Vendors Row is based on a first come/first serve basis. Exhibitor space is limited.
+ How do I pay for my vendors area?
Payment for space must be paid in full at time of registration.
+ Can I select my own vendors space?
Once registration has been completed (including full payment) vendors space will be assigned by FAFC Committee.
+ Are there any sponsorship opportunities to partner with the Vendors Row?
We have created a host of exciting options to assist with increasing your brand presence. Contact us for specific opportunities on or after July 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST.
+ When will I be notified of the location of my vendor space, and will I be able to view the area before I arrive?
Communications will be provided to all vendors prior to arrival of booth location and other pertinent vendors information.
+ What comes with my vendors area?
Each vendor area has the following: 6’ skirted table; 2 side chairs; 1 wastebasket w/liner; Signage with company name and booth number; Back and side drapes; Vendor Packet.
+ Will there be any labor assistance in loading and unloading vendor merchandise?
Yes, the procedure and process of labor assistance will be the responsibility of the vendor.
